Strength Maven Pilates
Strength, Stamina, Stability, and Stretch are just some of the benefits Pilates training provides. You can expect improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of the abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the "core" muscles of your body) balanced muscular strength on both sides of our body and enhanced muscular control of your back and limbs. You will learn a series of mindful movements on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and other props as well as Pilates Mat Work enhancing postural alignment and a supple spine creating length and elegant lines.
Private and duet classes offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays by appointment only.

Strength Maven Nutrition
No "fad dieting" to be found here. The Strength Maven program inspires healthy lifestyle changes. Crowding out "bad" habits with healthy ones is the name of the game. Nutrient dense and guilt-free eating strategies, stress reduction methods, and exercise plans, tailored to each client's bio-individual needs. Strength Maven Nutrition offers accountability, support, recipes, and planning for incremental and steady healthy lifestyle shifts for long-term health, happiness, and fulfillment for overall wellness with follow ups, and personal attention and care over a six-month program. The client meets with Joni (Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach) twice per month for 6 months (12 sessions total) at either her Cold Spring Healing Arts office or via zoom. Option to re-sign for additional time available. Joni helps her clients set 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month goals while initiating personalized plans and accountability to achieve them.

Sessions are 50 minutes long.
$120.00 per session ($240.00 per month)
$1,320.00 if paid in full
