Integrative Health Coaching

This is a program that is tailored to your own bio-individual needs. We meet twice a month for six months (12 sessions total) addressing nutrition, hydration, exercise, sleep hygiene, stress reduction. weight loss, and and overall feeling of fulfillment and joy. Rather than limiting ideas, we use the technique of “crowding out” habits that no longer serve your highest good while creating new eating, exercise, stress reduction, and restorative habits for a long term and optimized, healthy lifestyle.

 

Nutrition.

Discover guilt -free, nutrient-dense eating and living habits that enhance your health for a lifetime. No more on again/off again “fad dieting” that does not yield long-term results. Learn to put you and your soul-fulfilling, joyful new habits first and enjoy your life as your goals fall into place. Learn to release what no longer serves your highest good to become more happy, healthy, whole, and complete according to your own unique, bio-individuality.


Pilates.

Joni utilizes her many years of professional dance experience and teaching skills, coupled with her devotion to learning and teaching Classic Pilates to bring you more stretch, strength, stability, and stamina. Whether you are a beginner, or a seasoned athlete, Pilates brings more balance and self -containment, core strength, control, and deep satisfaction that translates into your every day movement and life.


Stress Reduction.

Stress can weaken your immune system, cause headaches, weight gain, insomnia, and a whole list of undesirable health problems. Joni’s six-month Strength Maven health coaching program includes a host of stress reduction and management techniques and tools such as meditation, abundance consciousness, affirmative mindset training, breathing techniques, self-massage, etc. to become more peaceful, lower harmful cortisol levels, sleep better, and boost healthy brain and body chemicals.

Recovery.

When the body and mind have endured stress or trauma of any kind, recovery is essential for achieving a healthy mind and body. Learning to listen to your body and act accordingly is a skill that must be cultivated and practiced in order to truly heal. Joni carefully teaches her clients methods of turning inward in order to listen to their bodies’ innate intelligence and their souls’ inner truth.
